Registering places you on our contact list for this development, and does not reserve a unit, create any right of first refusal, or oblige either party to proceed. Where a reservation process is offered, it is governed by the separate written reservation terms provided at that time, which prevail over anything on this site. Any reservation amount is dealt with strictly in accordance with those terms.
